Biography:

2004.9-2008.6 School of Electronic Science and Engineering, Southeast University. Bachelor of Engineering

2008.09-2017.5 Ph.D in a continuous academic project that involves postgraduate and doctoral study. Key laboratory of MEMS of Ministry of education, Southeast University

2017.7- Postdoctoral fellow, Key Laboratory of MEMS of Ministry of Education, Southeast University

Research interests:

(1) Sub-10 nm metallic nanocrystal deformation;

(2) Morphology changes of heterojunction under electrical field;

(3) Carbon-metal interface under laser pulse heating. Molecular simulation on new concept devices.
